I hereby attach a copy of regulation No 50. 2004. An amendatory regulation for the regulation of duties of registering, licensing and driving cars and which provides for levying duties on cars entering the Kingdom under foreign plate numbers and temporary admission licenses.

To be applied with consideration of the following:

1. The determined licensing duties shall not be levied for the first three months of the entry.
    

2. Duties shall be levied on the granted residence permission that exceeds three months in an amount that equals 1/12 of determined licensing duties on similar Jordanian cars on each month or part thereof.
    

3. Multiplied licensing duties shall be applied on foreign public cars.
    

4. Licensing duties shall be levied on cars according to the attached table.
